Coming Soon.…….Move More in May is for people of all ages, sizes shapes and abilities.

The aim is to support an increase in movement, boost wellbeing, and get people out into the community, having fun and connecting with each other.

Everyone that shares their progress will be entered into a free prize draw. There will be a variety of different prizes such as an air fryer, swimming passes, days out and much more! 🎫🏆
