Did you know you can request your repeat prescription online?
The easiest, safest and quickest way to order your repeat prescription is online. There is no need to make a phone call or visit us; instead computer, smartphone or tablet users can request repeat prescriptions anywhere – 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can also check what medication you should be taking and when.

Dispensing Doctors
The Surgery is a Dispensing Practice. Patients who live more than 1.6km from a pharmacy can choose to pick up their medication from our Dispensary rather than a Pharmacy.
Non-urgent advice: Notice
Please allow 72 hours, unless needed earlier, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
Repeat Prescriptions
If you are taking regular medication, your Doctor may arrange for you to receive your medication without the need for an appointment each time. A record of your medications is stored on computer with the date the Doctor wants to review the situation.
You may request your prescription by placing your repeat slip in a box situated in the porch/lobby area or by leaving a message on the surgery voicemail; please remember to speak clearly leaving your name, address, telephone number and list of all items required.
Emergency supplies can be sorted out if you run out of medication, please speak directly to the dispensary.
Patients can also order prescriptions via the online service. This service is available 24 hours per day.
Every effort will be made to have your medications ready for you within three full working days, but occasionally we encounter problems beyond our control i.e. difficulties with the suppliers. Please be patient with our staff, they endeavour to help.
In an effort to cut down on medicine wastage the GPs have made the decision to no longer allow patients to order medication by asking for “all my repeats”. You will be required to ask for each item you need that month by name.
